Located in the original Midland Bank offices in a prime position of Ambleside this two-bedroom contemporary apartment was the starting block for the LetMeStay movement. We purchased this property in 2015 and spent three years refurbishing it to the highest of standards. Our goal was to offer something different to the local holiday property market. Moving forward 18 months and our winning formula not only helped this property to achieve exceptional income and over 97% occupancy but also a highly sought after Airbnb Plus status for its outstanding quality and design.

Wonderful space! Aesthetically pleasing yet fully functional. The hosts were super efficient at communicating before our stay and ready to answer any questions whilst at the property. It was great to be out and about in rural paradise during the day yet come back to town in the evening to eat and drink. Basically, a perfect spot in arguably the U.K.’s best region.

Easy Reach

Ambleside, The Lake District, Cumbria

We added Easy Reach to our portfolio in 2018, working with the owners to deliver every comfort a guest would expect from their stay. Tucked away in a quiet street behind the main market square, Easy Reach is a compact, peaceful retreat, safe from the hustle and bustle of Ambleside and yet within seconds of all the amenities this famous Lake District town has to offer. Since going live, the reviews have been extraordinary with return customers and increased revenues as the property enters its second year.

Great property in a great location, and the on-site parking is a godsend in Ambleside. Self check-in system is ideal and a breeze to use. A clean and modern living space with all the comforts/appliances of home with a flourish of extra touches and our hosts gave excellent communication throughout the whole process and stay. Would definitely recommend.

This is far and away the best Airbnb we have stayed at. Beautiful decor, fabulous location, it is literally steps away from the main shops and restaurants to either side but tucked away in a quiet spot. A very tasteful yet cosy home for our short stay. Fresh bedding and fluffy towels are provided. Lovely touches add to the delights with the chocolates, milk and water. The kitchen was well equipped too. 10/10 in every respect. Communication and checking in couldn’t have been easier. We are already recommending this cottage to friends and family. It’s on our list for a repeat visit too. Craig is an outstanding host.

A brand new property on the market, Helm View is an impressive contemporary retreat just 5 minutes walk from Ambleside town centre. We started marketing this property in September 2018 and have received outstanding results to date! As the property is entirely new, our full-service offering included design changes and the procurement of furnishings and fittings to give maximum appeal.

Helm View was just perfect for our weekend break . A short stroll into Ambleside with shops and restaurants and all the amenities you require to relax and self cater If you prefer to stay in . It all felt very new and in particular loved the bedding and towels! Just fab for our first stay in the Lakes and we hope to be back.
