We loved our stay here in Ambleside. The apartment was perfectly located for our trip with great local restaurants and supermarket, and only a short walk to the lake. Very well furnished and well stocked kitchen also made us feel at home. Would happily stay again for another visit. Host were very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful space! Aesthetically pleasing yet fully functional. The hosts were super efficient at communicating before our stay and ready to answer any questions whilst at the property. It was great to be out and about in rural paradise during the day yet come back to town in the evening to eat and drink. Basically, a perfect spot in arguably the U.K.’s best region.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place. Perfectly situated for exploring the lakes and beauty of the Lake District. The apartment is absolutely stunning and warm, exceptionally clean. Oh and Craig even put a pint of milk in the fridge ready for us on our arrival and some chocolates which we thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend Craig and his beautiful property should you be looking for somewhere to rest and relax between exploring the lakes!

We really enjoyed our stay at your cottage. The place is very cosy and clean, perfect place to spend the evening after a long day hiking. The place is so close to the centre but also very quiet, so it is the perfect location. The check-in and out process was very quick and straight forward using the tablet, providing the option to easily get in touch. Also, thanks for the chocolates, they were a very nice thought! Overall, thanks for being a great host.

An absolutely perfect place to stay in Ambleside. You get exactly, what you expect: a very nice, modern, comfortable apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped, which is very practical, if you don't want to go to the restaurant every evening. Nevertheless, the center of Ambleside is in walking distance (about 5 minutes), so you can easily find many great resturants and supermarkets. We liked that we had our own personal parking place too. The apartment is very lovely and warm, it was very good to arrive here after a rainy day. Craig was very helpful all the time. Everything was perfect!

Lovely modern, cosy house with all the amenities you could possibly need. Ideal location to get to without a car (with a short taxi from Windermere Station) for a base from which to explore the Lakes. Super fast responses to messages made all arrangements easy.
